SOLEIA provides wholesale eyewear products and OEM/ODM services. All product images and specifications are provided for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices listed are wholesale prices and subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all orders. Final pricing will be confirmed upon order submission and may vary based on quantity, customization requirements, and shipping terms.
4. Payment Terms
We accept T/T (bank transfer), WorldFirst, and Alipay. Payment terms will be agreed upon during order confirmation. A deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.
5. Shipping and Delivery (FOB Only)
All orders are shipped under FOB (Free On Board) terms from Ningbo or Shanghai port. You appoint the freight forwarder and bear shipping costs; we handle export customs clearance. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of wholesale and custom manufacturing, returns are generally not accepted unless products are defective or do not meet agreed specifications. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of SOLEIA or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SOLEIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
